Roland's Lyric's
Work song

You gotta have a Work Song. A song to help you make it Through the day.

You gotta have a Work Song. A song we can sing along while we work and pray.

You gotta have a Work Song. A song so that Jesus can help you find a way.

We've made up our mind. We're gomma make it work this time.

May the good lord hear us singing through the day.

You gotta have a Love Song.

So you can walk through the fields and the valleys, hills and plains,

You gotta have a Love Song.

A song to make you feel good when it rains.

You gotta have a Love Song.

When your laughing and crying and livin' and feelin'no pain.

Cause the Love Jesus gave. You and I we will be saved.

And the promise that he made wont be in vain.

chorous

When the cold cold winter wind blows through my soul.

I remember how he died on Gallilee.

To live and die for Jesus is my only goal.

All I ask is that you pray for me.

You gotta have a praise song.

A song to make you jump, shout and sing.

You gotta have a praise song.

Let the good times roll, Lord let the church bells ring.

You gotta have a Praise song.

A song to fly like a Angel on the wing.

Cause the Love that Jesus gave.

You and I we will be saved.

And the promise that he made won't be in vain.

Tune In To Jesus

Tune in to Jesus, wherever you are. Turn it all over, to him in the stars.
Tune in to Jesus, and then you will Know. Just turn to Jesus, then let it go.
Walk thee with Jesus, every day. Talk Thee with Jesus, every night.
Tune in to Jesus, whenever you pray. Just turn to Jesus, into the light.
Lets go to heaven, just you and I. For it is golden, the angels don't lie.
Come to Nirvana, just you and me. Tune into Jesus, then you will see.
chorous
Over and under around, and over again. Helplessly wandering here in this
valley of sin.
Winnin' and losin' and playin' in lifes mortal game. Jesus is oh what a friend,
Just call out his name.
(Instrumental verse)
Tune in to Jesus, wherever you are. Turn it all over, to him in the stars.
Tune in to Jesus, and then you will Know. Just turn to Jesus, then let it go.
Walk thee with Jesus, every day. Talk Thee with Jesus, every night.
Tune in to Jesus, whenever you pray. Just turn to Jesus, into the light.

COUNTRY RAP SONG

Country Rap Song

I like Tupac Shakur, Snoop Dogg and Biggie, and old Run D M C.
I like all those heavy rappers, and I like to watch M T V.
I like the way they walk, the way they talk, with all those tough cliches'
All those drunks and women, and partyin' every day.
Cause I need some mo' juice, the freeflow is loose, with MC and L cool Jay.
I'll take a ice cube, with a ice tea, and ice dogg, all the way.
chorous
The Beamers and Caddys and drivebys are gettin me down.
While Cold Cut and Cowboy and Eminem scratchin' that sound.
The OJ's and PO's in the PJ's keep followin' me.
Guess I'll jet out to Jamaica, and marinate till I can be free.
instrumental one verse
I like Scarface, and Screwball, and 3-D and Q-ball, the boys dont' never lie.
All the other kinda music, makes me wanna lay down and die.
So pop top a flip top, I'm crazy for J Z, and P Dogg, and Pee wee, and Pinky,
and Missy, and Redman, and JJ, and Y NOT and X-Ray, ya can't beat Ole Fat
Joe. Some waxin' n scratchin', an a six pack of deuces to go.
instl on bridge
The Wiggers are wacky, the oreos tacky, but i'm still not D O A.
Just a giggy dog, with lots of crack,, and I stay drunk, every day.
I like Tupac Shakur, Snoop Dogg and Biggie, and ole Run D M C,
I like to rap, and I like to watch M T V.

Weekend Country Cowboy

I work five days a week at the liquor store.
Stocking the shelves and sweeping the floor.
On Friday night when I get paid I like to hit the road.
To a little place called feelin' good.
Its a little place and its understood.
A workin'stiff like me can go and have some fun and lighten the load.
FirstI get a drink at the crowded bar.
Then I start tunin' my old guitar.
Damn how I wish I was playin' on the radio.
I been playin here nearly thirteen years.
In between songs I drink a lot of beer.
Drinkin' helps me loosen up and lets the Country Music flow.
(chorous) Im a Weekend Country Cowboy.
A good ole boy on the scene.
Pickin' the strings and singing the music.
A genuine part-time American dream,
and it's a rednd=eck nights vocation, a
ll I gotta do is pick an play and sing.
Cause I'm a Weekend Country Cowboy
But I feel like a Honky Tonk King.
(Verse) Once in a while I like to play in a band.
Travel around doin one-night- stands.
I'd like to quit my full time job if I could find a way.
Pack my bags and move down to Tennessee,
Country Western Musics's gonna set me free.
Ill try to write the perfect song and make it happen someday.
Every now and then I get the Country Blues.
Its all a part of what they call Payin' dues.
You gotta be tough if you really wanna play the game.
Every-body tries to tell you what to do.
There ain't no easy answers its up to you.
Nothin's any tougher than the road that leads to fortune and fame.

(chorous)

Gloucester

If you come to Gloucester.Be sure to fall
in love,Cause that is where I lost her.
To the angels up above. It happened on a hot day,At the Guinee Jubilee.
Over wine and Salmon Soufle,We were happy as can be.
We made love and then went swimming,In the channel down the creek.
Then I lost her to the lemon,In my tears, and I can't speak..
She could'nt fight the undertow,I did call her name.
The river took her down below, and I'm going insane.
Gloucester is a fairground,There is Music in the Air.
Listen to my Love sound,Wear some flowers in your hair.
Come and listen to me,I will play my ole' guitar.
Listen to my music.I will take you to a star.
